Loads of different opportunities for moving up in the company. You learn different skills and meet different people from all over the world. WOH

Cons

Could have spent more time on trainig emplyees as it felt rushed and when asked multiple times for retraining no one seemed to be able to provide it. Sometime it was a language barrier, which is only a problem when in training and causes confusion.

There is nothing good about working here, except maybe working from home and some good people but they usually leave as soon as they can.

Cons

There are so many cons to working here- truly. Do not believe the 4/5-star reviews; they are exclusively coming from management (who are told by the executives to log into portals like this and write good reviews because they KNOW how bad the reviews are). You will be underpaid; I guarantee it. The amount of work you will be asked to do is simply not worth it.
