Pros

Working Rent The Events are fun, some workers are okay.

Cons

If you are team service you are treated with 0 respect. Everything that is wrong with Main Event is Team Services fault according to everyone who works there. Team service has the most to do and has the worst job. Bottom of the barrel is how I describe it. You get paid minimum wage and there is no chance for a raise, it's very belittling to get paid so little and do so much.

Pros

Great work environment, friendly staff, and great communication skills between management and employees.

Cons

The guests can be very rough and stingy. Hard to find reliable hours, and some coworkers are very immature.
