Food and Play discounts, high energy, the music and videos, sports on the tvs! Great managers! The only people who complain are the people who do not work hard!

Cons

Later hours are the busiest, would love new uniforms

Honestly not that many. Good benefits, 50% off, PTO, referral $$ but overall bad management and work environment

Cons

Unprofessional management and co workers. Managers treat employees as expendable and worthless. Bad crowd and late hours

Great Atmosphere! Family FUN!

Pros

I love the atmosphere, guests come here to have fun and I am able to feed off of then exude that energy to my team. Ever changing, not one day is the same as the last. Constant movement, never bored.

Cons

Hours are not family friendly. Open 365 days a year, have to work holidays Late operations hours Most hires are in High School, hard to teach or train someone for their first job and have them actually care about what they do.

Main Event Response

Thank you for leaving your thoughts and experiences. That is one thing that just comes with this type of industry in general. The hours and the open days over the holidays. But at least we're in an environment where we can have fun every day and not just on the Holidays!
