Fast paced, flexible work hours, never monotonous

Cons

biased management (people who didn't do their job wouldn't get fired if they were favored), stressful, many people's first jobs (didn't know how to be professional or mature in relationships with other workers), gossipy environment

Pros

Flexible hours, even when full-time, good pay with benefits, fun coworkers. Great learning opportunity, especially my position. I'm learning lots of general skills, as well as electronics and mechanics.

Cons

Management is hit or miss, some are great, some are in it for the paycheck. If you want to work here, get to know the employees and ask what the management is like. The hours are weird, some times I see people close at 2 am and then open at 9, but very rarely.

Thank you for your feedback! We are in the process currently of refocusing a lot of effort to put the power into the hands of the field! Meaning, taking focus away on meeting budgets and just concentrating on the employees and guests and empowering the employees to do what it takes to please the guests!
