      Pros

      The company has highly efficient and sophisticated processes in place. People around you are smart. It's a great learning experience.

      Cons

      A company that is run by lawyers & sales people. It takes 3-4 months to get hired into a senior role. Employees are just a resource, hence if there is a loss of exclusivity on a product to generics, employees are let go regardless of their skills & resources invested into them by the company.

      High level of integrity, diversity is always welcome. Safety is a value. Salary and benefit are good. Employees are allowed to speak openly about the problems.

      Cons

      The company takes too much time to make a decision. Lack of opportunities to work overseas, job rotation is done in high level only. Too much bureaucracy, sometimes to make a simple decision, people are afraid to make decision.
