      MSD offers very good opportunity to learn and develop yourself This company had a lot of functions and decisions where you can interact with and learn from

      The company does not offer too much in terms of rotation between functions in addition to that there is a lot of processes and procedures

      Non discriminating and inclusive environment; great company culture, annual events and bonus and care for employees; some of the best offices in CZ; excellent opportunities for learning and development

      Benefits package could be improved to over 25 days of vacation and referral bonus to more than 500 USD gross

      Pros

      Great part time hours. My manager was great, but distrust between others. Great training. Role I had dissolved, but was a great way to be involved with clinical pathway decisions.

      Cons

      made redundant. whole sales force restructure 3 months after training. Very disappointing. One manager sacked under disputable circumstances and no reference following 15 years employment. Full of favourites.
