      Too unionized, certain employee's use the union as a excuse to under perform while management are afraid to question these individuals.

      Pros

      The company has highly efficient and sophisticated processes in place. People around you are smart. It's a great learning experience.

      Cons

      A company that is run by lawyers & sales people. It takes 3-4 months to get hired into a senior role. Employees are just a resource, hence if there is a loss of exclusivity on a product to generics, employees are let go regardless of their skills & resources invested into them by the company.
