Family owned and operated cruise company. Great Benefits.

Cons

Inventory controlled in Europe, and not in North America where needed. High employee turnover. Outdated computer software.

Awful Pay- HR is cheap No empowerment Reservations Management is clueless and is out of touch with reality. No cruise benefits Some departments are happier than others Bad technology- booking system is outdated and website is awful
