Pros

Fast growing company, great colleagues, family like atmosphere. Plenty of opportunities for proactive people.

Cons

Lacks structure and processes. Old school management (which can also be good, depends on one's preference)

Pros

Despite being already a large company, it's growing even more quickly. There's an ambitious expansion plan for the next years, with several upcoming new ships. This keeps things exciting. Easy going environment (at least in Naples), friendly colleagues. International environment (especially in Geneve). Free coffee and water, discounted cruises for employees.

Cons

The Headquarters (in Geneve) and the largest office of the Service Provider (in Naples) work closely but are located miles away, this does not always help with the everyday activities. The company grew a lot in the recent years, so (in some aspects) it is still developing as a fully structured corporate.
