It's a family company with family kind care Policies that support crew Good meals in crew mess with lots and lots of varieties Many many crew activities to keep work life balance Free movie in theatre every week specially for crew Free shuttle service for crew during port days to visit the exotic places Friendly management onboard msc cruises Supportive Human Resource department Crew sale with great discounts Crew excursions Free 24/7 medical care and medical facilities for crew All travel and travel expenses including visa and accommodation paid by the company Flexible working hours ( only 10) Equal opportunity employer Great trainings and care onboard msc cruises for better future as a individual Team work and collaboration And much more this is a family company they really takes care of their employees

It's all depends on crew how they make themselve comfortable with their work , i have been with company since 2018 I don't see any cons , it's all depends on crew and their personality
