Pros

great atmosphere, for a working environment. co-workers are great people. you do get benefits, and pay is ok , grat break rooms various opportunity to grow just be aware of favoritism if you feel you deserve a position i say go for it and prove that. otherwise favorites will be your eye catcher. great location, awesome company shirts

Cons

no company is perfect, if this is something for you, then i ay go for it, just keep in mind t comes with a lot of bumps in the road when wanting to grow. you are your own person so just do worry about your growth and with this company it may work in your best behave. training is not as effective, they lack training skills for new on board workers, its like they are finding out on their own. not much consideration in outside candidates.
