Pros

Amazing colleagues, met people from around the world, was able to speak in my multiple languages, and lots of growth within your contract.

Cons

Long hours, no days off, no benefits, short time allotted to enjoy the ports of call.

Pros

It's a growing company meaning there's a lot of potential for the future.

Cons

It's a company that is growing too fast and there might be some confusion between departments, meaning we don´t know first place who's taking care of what. It may lead to some stressful situations when you need a fast resolution on some issues.
