Pros

The only pro is that you could work the job from home.

Cons

Probably the worst company I've ever worked for. Incredibly disorganized, no easy or open lines of communication between different departments so questions would go unanswered for days/weeks or never get answered at all. Managers were not great and constantly changing. Thought it would be fun helping others book trips but it was constantly a stressful, disorganized mess.

Pros

Nobody really cares about anything. You can do what you like. You can change whatever dept you like. Education isn't even necessary.

Cons

Monkey business company. If they don't like you, they will find silly reasons to fire you. So it's good to keep contacts. HR is of no use.
