      - Salaries are a bit higher than on other cruise lines.

      Cons

      - the food on some ships is terrible - while most cruise ships have already implemented more comfortable measures for the crew, msc has not done so

      Trips and good discounts on cruise trips and other events.

      Cons

      Leadership is clearly not up to the task. Working environment has lots of racism and sexism. Even though I am a man, it was quite uncomfortable at times to see how some "managers" talk to women.
