Pros

Ive been in the cruise industry for 10 years so far (formerly at a big competitor) and I can truly say I made the right move to work for MSC. Since its a privately owned cruise line, they value their employees time and family priorities. I finally feel like I have work-life balance and also feel like I am appropriately compensated for what work and what I do. In addition, even when showing appreciation, pizza parties and ice cream socials arent the companies "go to" methods (though, they do provide some cool events) but we tend to be compensated with time back which is truly appreciated. Great medical benefits as well.

Cons

Giving the company 4 stars because I feel they can improve their employee benefits a little more such as offering child care. In addition, the hybrid schedule isnt too bad but the ability to work fully remote for some positions would be nice.
