Pros

Cons

Bad management as they are not honest and very secretive. You are not treated fairly. If you care about your mental health, do not work here.

Pros

I love working for a family owned company with a diverse workforce. They promote internally as much as possible so the advancement opportunities are good.

Cons

They are growing fast in the US and hiring more people takes time. The workload can feel overwhelming at times but rewarding at the end of the day.
