Awful Pay- HR is cheap No empowerment Reservations Management is clueless and is out of touch with reality. No cruise benefits Some departments are happier than others Bad technology- booking system is outdated and website is awful

Pros

Can't say there are any.

Cons

Management have no respect for their employees. That is why there is a revolving door. No Advancement. They hire from outside. Systems are very old and slow.
