Amazing people! No seriously met some of my best friends here that I will keep for life!! We are like a family because this company USED to feel like a family. The world's largest privately own cruise company! We are very proud of that

Cons

Always looking for external candidates instead of helping to grow and develop employees. Unless you belong to the click, especially in the London office, you don't get anywhere. New management style is very P and O cruises.. we are MSC we are different and we are proud to be different!

Pros

Good/Work life balance and management cares about you as a person. The staff from the President down are very family oriented and they strive to maintain that culture in the office. One example of that is the President's door is always open, and he is always willing to talk to anyone about anything to help make the company better. MSC Cruises USA has a good track record for hiring within and promoting those that deserve it.

Cons

The technology and systems are lacking. This leads to disorganization and a considerable waste of time energy and resources. There also is no organized systems of merit review for raises and bonuses.
