      Good projects, decent pipeline, lot of variety.

      Cons

      Horrible upper management, No OT, Terrible biddings that lead to unnecessary OT, too many client/sup revisions, Salary/increments are namesake. Inexperienced leads/sups now that all good artists are leaving. STAY AWAY! Too few licenses for softwares, slow farms, Storage keeps running out, Outdated infra!
