      Pros

      Opportunities to work on really big film projects. Fun and young team members from all over the world. Beautiful office space.

      Cons

      People seem to generally feel over worked and under paid. There is not a huge focus on keeping employees on long term, there's a lot of turn around which feels like a way of keeping costs down, but makes employees feel very replaceable.
