      Pros

      Good Projects, Brilliant people, strong pipeline. Generally good pay.

      Cons

      No loyalty. Poor artist relations. No feedback. Short contracts with last-minute renewals. Long hours with no compensation and less appreciation for the effort.

      An chance to work at a serious high end VFX house, but not often on the most glamorous of projects.

      Pros

      Great team! Generally very good atmosphere inside. Some fun projects to work on, but London still ends up being at the more fun end of the spectrum with a much more high calibre type of work.

      Cons

      Looooooooooooong hours. 10hr day is considered a regular day... Quite low salaries, pretty much nonexistent benefits package, not the most exciting project that MPC works on, the better ones end up in London. And like so many places nowdays the bids are a bit crazy at times, with crunches hitting one too many times.
