      Amazing people and projects, challenging work environment.

      Pros

      Amazing Dept Heads and overall artist group, working with talented and collaborative people is excellent. There are so many great projects to work on that stretch your experience level and abilities.

      Cons

      Senior management needs to strike a balance between work hours and pay. Hours are long and expected and pay is mediocre. "Perks" are good but not enough to compensate for how challenging it is to justify the pay. The resulting turnover causes remaining people to have more work with no reward.

      Monthly parties, free fruit and drinks, newish computer equipment if ask for it, bike storage, clips movie previews , fooseball table,

      Cons

      Not much room for growth, too big a company to be ran efficiently, too hierarchical and no chance to talk to seniors, not many team meetings, limited to specific role instead of cross training

      Good projects to work on Free coffee to get you through all that unpaid overtime you'll be doing if you go there Long hours on good projects mean it's a chance to get a good reel together Wherever you go afterwards it will seem so much better than if you had gone there straightaway and not had the full MPC experience first They project a very slick image to the outside world and their clients- great marketing

      Long hours Bad Pay Dysfunctional working environment They really don't care about their artists Disrespectful attitude from some senior staff towards their artists
