Pros
Amazing Dept Heads and overall artist group, working with talented and collaborative people is excellent. There are so many great projects to work on that stretch your experience level and abilities.
Cons
Senior management needs to strike a balance between work hours and pay. Hours are long and expected and pay is mediocre. "Perks" are good but not enough to compensate for how challenging it is to justify the pay. The resulting turnover causes remaining people to have more work with no reward.
