      This is an awesome place to gain experience.Amazing projects to work on which we greatly feel proud to be the creators.fun work place,supportive peers .the HR seems to age old but the new hr head on the block seems calm,sensible and lovely during her interaction.hope she will be able to bring in some sense amonst the management.

      Very minimum connectivity with the management.A huge bridge to gap between the management & employees.low paysalary.

      Pros

      You get to work on exciting titles, and difficult shots. Since it is a large company you are also exposed to a lot of experienced people. It is a priceless experience

      Cons

      The low pay and expected overtime hours makes working at MPC more of an investment than anything else. Also due to the size you are going to run into some idiots and big egos.

      Located in downtown Vancouver. Nothing more

      Cons

      Terrible environment and culture. The recruiter over sold the company to me. Would never recommend. Worked crazy hours for almost minimum wage pay.
