A company full of talented artists, but the producers clearly rule.

Some of the bests artists in the industry work there. The equipment is excellent. The work is usually top quality.

Cons

Sometimes it feels like the company is run by and for the production staff. The senior staff hide in their offices and barely communicate with the artists.

You are able to work in great shows and meet fantastic people from around the world. The hardware is really good.

Cons

The unstable pipeline makes things really difficult some times. Too much overtime, crazy hours on deadlines. Poor company culture.
