Pros

AAA films, opportunities and challenges, friendly colleagues, good artists progress quickly, robust but frustrating pipeline, as much 1.5x overtime overtime as you want

Cons

Underbid shows, tighter than reasonable deadlines, not enough seniors for the amount of juniors, non-competitive salaries - resulting in a high turnover rate. No interest in providing training, clunky pipeline, not enough render farm, average computer hardware, intentional under-staffing to save money by relying on overtime during peak months, employee feedback ignored. As much work as possible is outsourced to Bangalore, including all roto/paint/prep, compositing, assets and more. The content they pass on to other MPC sites is substandard and half the time has to be redone significantly. Communication with them is difficult, quality control isn't effective. As much 1.5x overtime overtime as you want

Pros

-Good projects. -Few good artists and leads

Cons

Very Bad management. (especially HR's) they are focusing only on filling numbers not see qualities and eligibility. It's a Factory for compositors. If you wanna be a compositor and you have just a basic knowledge of vfx, animation or you don't know anything you can join MPC-Bangalore anytime. The HR team is dying to fill the position numbers. There was the time when they have great compositors and other artists and now very few left in all departments. -No growth, no respect for the old and good artist. Managment thinking they are the slaves. -No Over Time -Crazy working hours. minimum 12- 15 hrs in a day. -Very low salary. -Artist being exploited the name of his brand. -No food if you working late. -There are few good leads and few are Inefficient and incapable leads. Again the HR's team is dumbest. they are the moron.
