      Excellent company for getting into the industry. Potential to work on big projects. Quick for promotions.

      Cons

      High turnover rate. Tendency to quick hack and fixes for immediate problems and delay long term goals. Human resources stretched thin for an expanding company Expect low pay compensations. Senior management is tone deaf.

      Pros

      - Professional team work and great relaxing environ - Great opportunity to work on several titles at the same time - Leads and Sup listen to your needs and support you - Working hours can be handled quite well Overall I had a great time in MPC and I would come back there if there was the insurance of an higher stability.

      Cons

      - You must have the guts to say NO if you cannot remain for the overtimes, otherwise you'll be asked to stay over and over. - Job instability: I saw the company shrinking from 1200 to 300 in less than 1 year and there were always a lot of projects on going.
