      Pros

      - Solid house with tons of projects - All levels of mastery in any craft!,.. from seniors to jrs from you can learn - Many activities (outings) going on organized by internal communications - Breakfast available

      Cons

      - Pipeline and tools can be really hard to understand for a new comer even for experience artist. - So many corners of things, and some times confusing management - Brute force when it comes to deliver a show (over time), not always but frequet.
