Great artists, few good producers, terrible management
Pros
-Talented artists with great personalities that are welcoming and inspiring. -There are only a few good people in production that treat others with respect and lead by example. -Free snacks -Beer o'clock on Fridays
Cons
There are some higher ups in production that simply do not lead by example. They give orders, place blame, inspire fear and invest zero time into getting to know/show any appreciation for the artists and lower level employees working under them. If appreciation was showed it felt forced and fake, as it was clear they were told to boost moral many times, but never truly believed in the need to do so themselves. Only time invested is with, of course the clients. In doing so, morale was lowered among the people putting the most hours out of everyone into the company. -Very hard to move up. -Very hard to get a raise.
