Pros

Innovative work going at the University provides opportunities to learn.

Cons

Just a horrible place to work. Small, petty, insecure people pollute the culture. I wish I had never taken the job.

Pros

1. The Institute values the experience and talents of administrative staff. 2. It recognizes staff who go above and beyond their job descriptions. 3. It trusts staff to exercise good judgement in performing their job duties. 4. It keeps staff informed of upcoming program funding status changes. 4. Having worked at several universities, I consider MIT to be the best in supporting and rewarding staff.

Cons

Only one regret - The program I worked in lost its funding sponsorship.
