MINORITIES are hired but not welcomed heard or mentored and represent shameful 3% and constantly leave. no upward mobility no recognition no work-life balance ever expanding job description that does not match salary and title in effort to prove yourself.

-Major holidays off and pretty good vacation time accrual -Lots of great colleagues -Very mission-driven -They still have a pension plan!

Cons

-Very difficult to move up, lots of HR red tape -If you don't negotiate a good starting salary, you'll stay behind - annual raises are very limited
