Amazing environment for doing research, great community, many resources, more funding opportunities than I had in previous institutions. A lot of extra curricular activities and special events.

Cons

Sometimes higher-ups in the hierarchy have spent too much time in their position that they are a bit detached from the day to day work.

The pay was good for the amount of work I was expected to do, but this obviously varies completely by class.

Cons

Sometimes the students were smarter than me and they would ask questions that I didn't know the answer to, which proved stressful.
