Easy access to many journals. Great network with surrounding schools and abundance of cool lectures. Trusted by professors to do whatever.

Cons

Not the most cheery place on Earth; lack of food options; irregular schedules. Makes you feel stupid when you're around long enough.

general problem as in most academia settings mentoring and career planning is P.I. dependent for almost no postdocs a followup/upgrade position available
