Pros

Comprehensive benefits including 401k and pension. MIT Medical on site for health care is very convenient. Reputation of institute is outstanding.

Cons

Non technical roles aren't always appreciated as much as they should be. Health care costs are fairly expensive. Limited opportunities for growth within departments, labs, centers (DLCs).
