Pros

Collaborate with the best and smartest, learn and able to challenge and improve yourself constantly, very collaborative atmosphere, work hard play hard. If you want to learn or try something new, this is the place to be.

Cons

Not much of a work-life balance, i.e. people work on weekends and nights. Intensity and pace of things going on can be overwhelming at times, fairly high stress work place. Facilities are decent, but definitely not the best.

Tips for job seekers: it is a very competitive environment with lots of qualified candidates for open positions.
