      Pros

      Brilliant co-workers from many different disciplines, entrepreneurial environment, great benefits (on campus health providers), flexibility to pursue personal interests, work is fulfilling, access to great datasets from large companies

      Cons

      Can be stressful, large expectations sometimes leads to poor work-life balance (as in, there will be no life until the work gets done!), can be hyper-competitive

      Many resources, allows a lot of autonomy, hardworking colleagues. There aren't too many restrictions in terms of where you want to take your job, which is amazing.

      Culture of overworking, sink or swim mentality, if you are not strong-minded, it is easy to feel overwhelmed and incapable. However, most people feel that way.
