Great college environment with a lots of diversity. Close to transportation and the city. Competitive salaries.

Cons

Non support staff get paid once per month. Time off and continuing education benefits are not as good as neighboring universities . May be difficult to navigate such a wide spread campus

repetitive job. After a while I was doing the same thing. I personally like constant change.
