Wonderful coworkers, helpful and supportive environment, stimulating conversation with intellectuals, beautiful office space, great pay! You feel like your job actually means something even if you are just administrative support.

Cons

The urban landscape of Kendall Square is depressing and there is always construction, so location is bad. Otherwise none!
