Toxic Working Environment - Anonymous employee MED-EL Employee Review

Toxic working environment. When I started working here employees bad mouthed former employees in this position. They like to say they’re like a family but in actuality that really means that they lack boundaries. Lots of gossip and negativity here. No work life balance. Oh and let’s not forget the pay. You make close to nothing as a Customer Account Representative. You will be overworked. The company forced employees to get the Covid 19 vaccine to come back into the office. Who forces someone to get a vaccine? That speaks volumes in itself.
