Okay, let's begin the hot rounds: 1- Management needs to be changed (most of them) 2- Toxicity 3- Favoritism (ALOT) 4- Racism 5- ZERO Appreciation 6- Too Bad MICRO MANAGEMENT(VERY BAD!!!!) (Consider yourself going to a school, not a company) 7- HR is one of the DOWN factors in this company 8- Duplicated meetings(alot of meetings but the same status to be said) 9- Higher managers who don't meet the requirements of their jobs 10- Abuse of power on non-senior employees 11- Very TOXIC environment 12- Backstabbing from your closest "ONES" 13- Taking attendance and absence like schools 14- Spies all over the place 15- Work-life balance is a disaster 16- Work pressure is unbelievable (for example, they require you to finish a task in one day, even though it should take at least 3 days) 17- Watchers all over the place (spies on you for every move you do) 18- Feeling uncomfortable, like playing a survival game (the one who survives wins the game) **Last but not least, consider any other company before starting to THINK about working in this one**
