Exposure to large-scale projects, a few colleagues are supportive and talented

Cons

Heavy micromanagement from director(s) and senior managers, leaving little room for for actual work. The "technical lead" for the whole engineering comes from a project management background with limited technical expertise, which leads to weak and random decisions. Favoritism, favoritism, favoritism, and favoritism!

for the first period it gives somewhat good experience

Cons

politics that block work is all around, the management is weak and they are the ones that intentionally spread toxicity. Raises, bonuses and promotions are saved for a selected incompetent few! The HR are not fair and are not transparent, HR is generally weak.

MBC Group / Shahid used to be the best place to work with when they first launched but it did not last long as all collapsed when they changed management

Cons

When management changed and the bad selection of the top team at Shahid made it the worst place to work in, and caused this high turn over in employees
