Decisions and communication is unidirectional Most unstable company No feedback from entry or mid exp. level employees for their managers HR is not empowered, do not support and work as a tool for senior management Decisions and project kick off take forever to implement Very narrow thinking for starting or investing in new projects Bad vision or decisions from Business team leads to the loss of technical or other jobs No internal growth or scope for inter department job posting No trainings for employees to keep them up-to new market skills No support from inter department and hard to get work from them

Pros

Great products with massive amount of traffic where you will learn a lot about technologies.

Cons

I am referring here to the digital arm of MBC (Shahid) Toxic Culture. Many people are promoted not for their qualifications but based to which group of people they belong into the organization. HR are not empowered. Kindergarden work environment where someone will get angry and start a war on you if you just state a different opinion. Many managers in the head quarters do side projects and use remote employees inside the company for that. Corrupted environment The products are not led by data, but by what others are doing and let us immitate them.

Great work like balance. For some project you could work with some really smart people.

Cons

A lot of decisions are politically driven in a very bad way. Lack of transparency while claiming it is number one value! They have a hard time keeping smart Engineer for several reason.
