      An environment full of children

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most factories, but it still difficult to make ends meet. That is about it with the pros. Things have changed a lot in the past month, so I do not know which direction the environment is headed.

      Cons

      The job is fine. What makes it stressful is all the children who come to work just to socialize. If everyone was like me who will go to work, do their best, shut their mouths, and only focus on work, then the environment would much more productive. Instead, most people (men and women) are like toddlers. There is so much yelling and cussing going on. It sucks that I am one of the few people who only want peace and quiet. Most people do not realize that the more you talk to people at work, the more likely you will get into trouble. So just shut up and work. You go to parties to socialize. You go to work to actually work.

      Good environment, teammates are very good, working with international counter parts.

      Cons

      No clarity for future people working for same work for years on years not get big assignment if you are not close to manager
