      Pros

      The pay is higher than most factories, but it still difficult to make ends meet. That is about it with the pros. Things have changed a lot in the past month, so I do not know which direction the environment is headed.

      Cons

      The job is fine. What makes it stressful is all the children who come to work just to socialize. If everyone was like me who will go to work, do their best, shut their mouths, and only focus on work, then the environment would much more productive. Instead, most people (men and women) are like toddlers. There is so much yelling and cussing going on. It sucks that I am one of the few people who only want peace and quiet. Most people do not realize that the more you talk to people at work, the more likely you will get into trouble. So just shut up and work. You go to parties to socialize. You go to work to actually work.

      Pros

      I learned a lot from working at this company. There are so many opportunities for growth you just have to ask for them. Great manager to intern communication, I never felt alone when working on any project. Towards the end of my internship I was working along side everyone on the team acting as a full time employee.

      Cons

      The work can start to get repetitive after a while. It is important to keep asking for new tasks, or work along side different members of your team each week to get a chance to work in different areas of packaging.
