      Pros

      A company with a solid past. A household brand with a good external reputation. Great location near Detroit. Possibility to learn finance and tax related matters in a large multinational. A good passage to enrich your CV in view of a better job in the US.

      Cons

      Too many managers hired from outside. Very little opportunities to develop internally. Zero chances to grow if you are not German. Countryside-minded, multinational-sized company. All the top management geniuses come within a 50 miles radius from Stuttgart. CEO and other managers refugees from Bosch are stubbornly destroying the morale. Pursuing standardization but only achieving centralization.

      Pros

      Staff are friendly (mostly). Overtime is available regularly. Pay is better than most.

      Cons

      This place has a revolving door, most people only last a year and it shows. Skilled people leave every other week. Lot of talk from management but it means nothing. Problems are everywhere, every line is underperforming. A lot of politics, in the offices. No one will admit blame, but will blame others or blatantly lie. Staff are fed up, many are looking to leave.

      If you love O.T this is the place for you

      Cons

      From my knowledge this place reaches record profits but the employee don't see any bonuses or raises. They dropped the pay rate from $14.02 all the way down to $11.15. Sometimes you're forced to work crazy hours because the lack of manpower. They do a lot of things to upset their employees
