      Pros

      Family ambient with colleagues easy to communicate with, good relocation assistance.

      Cons

      No investment in automation, methodologies and resources in the last ten years, due this the job goes slow with thousand problems. Although good commitment of all there are not working procedures, so everybody do everything. Frustrating! Completely no attention of the managers to personal aspect of the job, they are only interested to close the contract and go over. It si not possible to go deep in technical problem and the attention to the quality is very low. Atmosfere is often suffocating. Absolutely no career opportunities.

      Pros

      Work is interesting and varied. Never know what each day will bring. Stretching me in directions I didn't expect to go, but the challenge is always welcome

      Cons

      Very financially driven organisation with constant threat hanging over. Senior management makes some very bad strategic decisions based on the manufacturing mould when the organisation does not manufacture anything. Lack of forthought and knee jerk reactions coupled with the expectation of engineers being able to perform magic is the norm.
