      * work life balance * friendly colleagues * great cantine * plenty of trainings

      Cons

      * conservative mindset but convinced that they are special, unique and innovative (especially in technology it is painful) * yes-men culture: with exception of a few (younger) departments, the key to success in Maersk is not to speak up and keep a low profile - over time, the longer you sit on your share and blend in, the more you will be promoted. * boys-club mentality and forget about diversity (low female representation- any intelligent/integer senior mgt woman leaves or is pushed out within no time)

      At first good work life balance, also great PTO and Benefits

      Cons

      They always create the a narrative that they care about their employees, but when ever they get an opportunity to prove it they do not make the right decision. The numbers are the most important and if they were honest with people and told them that then they would get more proformace out of their employes.

      Cons

      Poor management, unmotivated staff, no goals or vision, red tape, huge silos, bad collaboration And communication. Overall the company is lead by different middle managers repeating fluffy words from a PowerPoint with no connection to reality.
