Very frequent restructurings. Lack of strategic orientation in the Technology arm of the company. C-level managers come in, they change everything, they leave a year or two later, new managers start over with new inventions of their own

Very old fashioned and male dominated work culture. A company that has not been able to renew itself; the work environment, tone of voice, gender equality, and fair treatment of employees does not exist. The higher up managementwise, the worse it gets.
