Poor leadership, unclear strategic direction, unclear work expectations, poor work life balance. Generally toxic, bad company culture flowing from company management. No regard whatsoever for the dedicated workers that keep the flawed system running.

Terrible and biased management, who bring in friends and former colleagues to all senior position. Therefore no possibilities for promotions, unless you know the 'right people'. HR is a joke - they have no structure and a low skill level - usually when applying, you never hear back. Reorganizations are done often and no effort is put into reassigning people to new jobs internally. This review relates to my experiences in the Technology organization - it might be different in the 'real' business departments.
