      Good bonus pay, work from home, flexible working hours Average salary level is better than other competitors in the same industry. Friendly and open culture.

      Cons

      Too many changes and too dynamic, Too many systems and reporting, too many new technology to learn System and company strategy change too much. One job position can not last long. Have risk of you job getting outsourced to SE Asia. Layoff always happens People may be assigned to some short term assignment which means that you need to change position job positioon suddenly Not suitable for people who are looking for a stable working environment

      Poor work life balance, think twice before join, most projects are messed up Business don't have an idea what they wanted to implement on their products Rewriting something in every 3 months which hardly someone uses Work environment is like a poor service company in India
